Outside Food Delivery

Guests who arrange external food delivery (e.g. Grab or similar services) may either collect their order from the Lobby or request delivery to their room, both free of charge.
Should you wish our team to deliver the order to your room and provide hotel plates, bowls, cutlery, and napkins, a THB 300 service surcharge per delivery will apply. This service includes delivery, set-up, and clearing of the items afterwards.
Please note that outside food and beverage is permitted in guest rooms only and may not be delivered to or consumed in restaurants, public areas, swimming pools, or the beach.
